• When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, preferred contact method, town, property type, the service you're interested in, your message and any photos you choose to attach.
• Like most websites, our server keeps basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to stop spam.
• We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools use cookies and may collect your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, prepare an estimate and schedule work.
• To keep the site secure and block spam.
• To see which pages and ads are working so we can improve the site.

Photos and details about your property, such as building layouts, camera locations and network information, are used only to plan and do your job.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With the service providers that help us run the site and email (web hosting, email and the analytics tools above).
• When the law requires it, such as a court order.
• If our business is ever sold or merged, as part of that transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and photos only as long as we need them to serve you and keep normal business records, and then delete them.

How we protect it

The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and estimate requests are stored on a password-protected server that only our team can access. No website can promise perfect security, so if you think something you sent us was exposed, contact us right away.

Your choices

• If you'd rather we not contact you again after an estimate, just tell us.
• You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings.

Some pages link to other websites, such as equipment makers or Google. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children

The site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
